I contacted corporate and now it's at a GM dealer where it should have gone in the first place, still with electrical issues and break problems. Took it back 4 days later with a list of things kept it for 2 weeks and it still not right. Had to pull over air up the front tires, airbag light, breaks, airbag sensors light came on after airing up tires. Took them a month to replace the sunroof and none of the other issues were addressed, picked up the car after hours and I live in Temple. I brought a car here at the end of February as of today I have driven the car maximum of 7 days. This was the worst car buying experience. Their operations are a disaster and they clearly do not value customers. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. What they claim they cannot or will not do, they are doing to me. Now, the really odd thing is they are willing to waive a delivery fee and tell me I am at a loss because of their mistake, but thus far they are not willing to cancel the process for the next buyer, return it and sell it to me. The company offered to waive a delivery fee on any other car, but they don't have another one. The car had not been sold, it had been put on a truck to be delivered across the country. He then shared that in fact a hold is only good for 3 days and he misinformed me. I asked how did that happen when I had it delivered and it was on hold for me. Mind you this is a very rare and unique car. The rep went quiet for a little while and then came back and told me the car had been sold that morning. The day prior to the 7 days, I contacted the rep asked a couple of questions and then agreed to purchase. I went and viewed the car and had financing all lined up. He told me I have 7 days to make up my mind. I was in touch with my rep the entire time. Due to COVId I wanted to do everything remote/contactless.
